The room needed serious maintenance. Dusty carpets and broken curtains. Hot water ran out quickly, leaving me stuck with lukewarm showers when trying to get ready. Breakfast selection was uninspired with too few options to satisfy, dry sandwiches and a lack of chilled items really dragged it down. To top it off, entering the room without a checkout certainly felt intrusive.

I truly enjoyed this property - ideal and amazing hotel.
The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a pretty comfortable area, close enough to the Giza Pyramids, downtown, and a convenient store. The location was amazing and fantastic - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. Tried some nice meals at Latest Recipe, located really close to the property. Our room included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. The restaurant served a wide array of meals for breakfast.

I thought this hotel would be a gem, but alas, my beautiful double room had a broken mattress and didn't even have a pyramid view! Plus, i was utterly appalled by the staff's rudeness. As a guest, i expected some type of compensation for all my troubles, but instead, i got nothing. Unreal.

Unmatched Pyramid Views Make It Worthwhile!
The sunrise over the pyramids from the rooftop was amazing, especially while enjoying a delicious Egyptian breakfast. Although the room lacked amenities, the fine view made up for it. Pro tip, confirm your room type to avoid surprises! This place is a budget gem for amazing views.
